Yes. Gift vouchers are available to purchase and make a wonderful gift for someone special. They are valid for 12 months and can be used towards treatments or skincare products.

Yes! You're very welcome to purchase a coffee, matcha, tea or other drink from Luna Coffee House before your appointment and enjoy it quietly in our lounge while you relax.
Some advanced treatments may leave your skin looking slightly pink or flushed for a short period, while others have very little or no downtime. We'll always explain what to expect and provide detailed aftercare advice.
Absolutely. We offer in-depth skin consultations where we'll discuss your skin concerns, assess your skin and recommend the most appropriate treatments and homecare for you.
The consultation fee is redeemable against recommended skin kit.

If it's your first visit, we recommend booking a Skin Consultation and Alevie Signature so we can create a personalised treatment plan.
Most treatments can be safely adapted during pregnancy, while others are not recommended such Microneedling or electrical treatments. Please let us know when booking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding so we can recommend the most suitable treatment for you.
Depending on your treatment, we may ask you to stop using retinol, prescription vitamin A products or active exfoliants for several days beforehand. We'll provide full pre-treatment advice when you book.
This depends on the treatment and your individual skin goals. Your therapist will recommend the ideal treatment plan and how often we would like to see you to achieve the best results.
No. We'll professionally cleanse your skin before your treatment, so you can arrive exactly as you are.
Alévie Skin & Wellness is located upstairs within Luna Coffee House. Before 3:00pm, simply enter through Luna Coffee House and make your way upstairs. After 3:00pm, the coffee house is closed and the entrance door will be locked. Please arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment and we will come down to let you in.
Yes. There is free parking available nearby, along with additional on-street parking within a short walking distance of the clinic.
