Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged at the full treatment price using the card details securely held through our booking system.

We completely understand that unexpected situations can happen. Wherever possible, we will try to refill the appointment. If we can do so, the cancellation fee will not be charged.

As a small, appointment-based business, late cancellations and missed appointments leave us with very little opportunity to offer that time to another client. This policy helps us protect our time and continue providing the level of care and service our clients expect.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.

Deposit
A deposit may be required to secure selected appointments, treatment courses, and packages. Once your booking request has been received, the treating therapist will contact you directly with the relevant payment details. Your appointment will remain provisional and will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment when at least 24 hours' notice is provided, in line with our cancellation policy

Gift Vouchers
Alévie Gift Vouchers are a lovely way to give someone time to relax, recharge and enjoy a treatment chosen just for them.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used towards any eligible treatment or experience at Alévie Skin & Wellness.

Voucher Terms
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers may be transferred to another person.

Lost or misplaced vouchers may only be replaced where proof of purchase can be provided.

If the value of the treatment exceeds the voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid at the appointment.

Any unused balance will remain available until the voucher expiry date.

Gift vouchers cannot be used after their expiry date unless an extension has been agreed in advance.

Expired vouchers may be considered for extension on a case-by-case basis, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Appointments booked using a gift voucher are subject to our usual booking and cancellation policy.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may result in the full treatment value being deducted from the voucher.

Where possible, we will always try to refill the appointment. If we can do so, the voucher will not be charged.
